Job Readiness Bootcamp
Mayor’s Summer Youth Employment Program/ Summer-to-Permanent Employment Program
Ready to get to work and build your future?
In partnership with the City of Atlanta Department of Labor and Employment Services, ACSS hosts Job Readiness Bootcamps designed for young people ages 18–24 who are ready to step into the workforce with confidence. This program goes beyond basic job training—it prepares you for real job placement and long-term success.

Urban Forestry Career Pathways (UFOR)
Urban Forestry Career Pathways (UFOR) is a paid on-the-job training program for young people who want to enter the green workforce (urban forestry, greenspace maintenance, environmental conservation, sustainable infrastructure projects, and more).
In collaboration with Trees Atlanta, ACSS offers career development and financial empowerment services, giving youth the tools to not only earn income—but build lasting financial stability.
