Café 458 Sunday Brunch

Every Sunday, Café 458 transforms into a southern brunch restaurant. Through every delicious meal, we build awareness and earn revenue for the organization and programs.  Volunteers are needed every Sunday to cook, host, and serve. (Individual and Group opportunities exist)

  • Serve meals: Opportunities are available Monday – Friday from 10am-1pm to prepare and serve meals for clients.

  • Host a workshop: ACSS participants begin the program with a 3-week employment and life skills curriculum.

  • Guide: We always welcome volunteers to share professional expertise in interview skills, job search techniques, resume development, workplace ethics, team building, financial management, and much more.

  • Computer Lab Support: The ACSS computer lab is constantly abuzz with activity as clients search for jobs, correspond with potential employers, build resumes and learn valuable computer skills. Computer lab volunteers help our clients in all of these processes.

  • We are seeking volunteers to assist Monday-Friday from 1pm-3pm (Many Individual and Group opportunities exist).
