Westside Works, in collaboration with the Atlanta Center for Self Sufficiency (ACSS), invites youth and young adults ages 16–24 to take the first step toward a meaningful career. Through a series of high-impact summer programs, participants can access no-cost training, skill development, and real-world work experience that lead directly to employment.

Whether you're interested in customer service, hospitality, tech innovation, or working in a premier stadium environment, these programs are designed to elevate your potential and position you for long-term success.

Hospitality Horizon Program

Develop high-demand skills in hospitality or culinary arts through a dynamic 7-week training track—ideal for individuals pursuing excellence in guest service or food service industries.

WrightNOW AI & STEAMS Experience

STEAM Program (Ages 15–24): Engage in hands-on, tech-forward innovation workshops that foster creativity, collaboration, and 21st-century skills.

AI Program (Ages 18–24): Explore careers in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven innovation through an immersive 9-week program. Includes a digital empowerment session for parents and caregivers.
